COMMUNITY ACTION GRANT

(Program Funding Application)

 

The Community Action Grant, also known as our Program Funding Application, provides small grants of up to $1,500 to nonprofit organizations serving Granville County residents.

Applications are accepted July through May each year and are designed to help organizations respond to emerging needs, enhance existing programs, purchase program-related supplies, or launch new initiatives that create a positive impact in our community.

Who Can Apply?

Eligible nonprofit organizations, schools, government agencies, and other qualified community organizations that provide services benefiting Granville County residents are encouraged to apply.

Organizations located outside of Granville County may apply if the proposed program or project directly serves Granville County residents.

Funding Information

  • Maximum Request: $1,500
  • Application Period: July – May
  • Funding Frequency: Organizations may apply once every 12 months.
  • Purpose: To support programs and services that improve the lives of Granville County residents.

Funding is intended to support program-related expenses and is not available for capital projects, construction, renovations, debt reduction, or other ineligible expenses outlined in the application guidelines.
