FAMILYWIZE PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT CARD
FamilyWize is a free prescription program that helps people lower the cost of their medications. In the United States, over 25 million people are uninsured and millions more being underinsured this program is essential as prescription costs can be a major burden. We are pleased to partner with FamilyWize to offer this important free prescription discount card program to help everyone in our community.
HOW THE FAMILYWIZE PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT CARD WORKS
The FamilyWize card is very easy to use with no forms to complete, no waiting periods, or eligibility requirements. The card can be used by anyone in your family or community. Even if you have health insurance, both during deductible periods and for anything your insurance does not pay for. The card provides pharmacy discounts (up to 75%) on all FDA approved prescription medicine not covered by insurance, Medicaid, Medicare or other benefit plans. You pay either the discounted price or the pharmacy's retail price, whichever is lower.

- Get the Card: You can print the card from the FamilyWize website HERE or Pick up a card at the Granville County United Way office.
- Take it to your pharmacy.
