We want this ONE DAY, ALL DAY event successful! So, whether you're looking to volunteer, sponsor, or submit a project, we'd love to have you join us!

WHO CAN SUBMIT A PROJECT:

501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organizations

Schools
-
Government Agencies
-
Community Organizations that serve Granville County residents

Must be located in Granville County
Examples of projects:

Landscaping
-
Painting & Facility improvements
-
Organizing donations, storage spaces, offices, etc.

Minor repairs & Maintenance
-
Special event preparation
-
Administrative, Office & Classroom projects.

Assembling care packages or resource kits

Other meaningful projects that support your mission

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON OCTOBER 6TH, 2026

- Faith-based Organizations

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once project request are submitted, volunteers will have the option to signup for projects.
Prior to the event, volunteers will receive:
- Project assignment with location and time.
- Volunteer guidelines
- Information on what to wear and bring
- Any project-specific instructions

AS A VOLUNTEER, YOUR T-SHIRT IS FREE!
- Day of Caring T-shirts are available for registered volunteers

T-SHIRTS ARE PRE-ORDERED, IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR T-SHIRT, PLEASE COMPLETE VOLUNTEER SIGNUP ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 1ST
LAST DAY FOR T-SHIRT REQUEST
If you have a special t-shirt size, the last day to submit your volunteer form is OCTOBER 1, 2026
