2015 Campaign Chair, Lycia Heidepriem, did an outstanding job identifying first time donors and utilizing volunteers.
GCUW provides funding to16 local partner service agencies and programs. These GCUW partners provide a variety of health, education, income-related and emergency response programs to residents of Granville County.
The amount raised to date doesn't include the final results of companies which are still conducting internal campaigns or individuals who have not yet renewed their pledges. The campaign began in early July 2015 with business and industry pacesetter campaigns setting the tone for the community campaign. Community volunteers will make decisions regarding allocation of these funds in early March 2016. Allocations will be announced following the Allocations and Review process.
Special thanks to the many generous donors who made this campaign a success.The campaign will close on March 31, 2016. Contributions are still being accepted. They can be mailed to GCUW, PO Box 1542, Oxford, N.C. 27565.
